During his tenure with the McKool Smith firm, Gary Kitchen had the unique opportunity and privilege to work with, and against, many of the finest patent litigators and trial attorneys in the United States. A veteran of more than 50 patent matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Mr. Kitchen has developed the requisite knowledge, experience, and skill to navigate the patent litigation process and produce high quality results for his clients during the various stages of litigation and in the courtroom. He is available to serve as settlement counsel nationwide and as an advocate in the Eastern District of Texas on a limited basis.
